Hi everyone, how are you all doing on this beautiful day? Did you get your reflexology this week or this fortnight? I did and it was all the way in Kuranda, Queensland!! Yes, I had a little time away and nurtured my self. So let me introduce my colleague professional Reflexologist there, Darryl Kasch. He is at the original Rainforest markets at Kuranda every day and knows so well what he is doing. My feet felt great and I found renewed energy to start this 3rd blog.
Just a word on intuition. How is yours and how did you learn it? I was not brought up with this knowledge on intuition. I had no idea what it meant and it took me a very long time to find that. Gut feeling yes! I could feel literally sick if I did not want to do something or go somewhere and so that was how my body at that time was telling me to look after myself. It is a very obvious way of getting in touch with your intuition but isn’ t that the last sign that comes up? Many years later when I was more aware of what went through my head (learning meditation and awareness) I started to learn to listen after this example. I was putting the washing into the washing machine and the word pen came into my head repeatedly. I completely ignored this and of course, I found a pen and some permanently damaged clothing!! I learned that intuition was listening to what words or feelings come through in your head with awareness and mindfulness.

Intuition is a big topic and it was mentioned on the day of the Bunbury council conference where I met another Professional in how to guide us and de-stress through meditation. Her name is Victoria Yuen from http://www.breatheandbemindful. I thoroughly recommend to check out her website and wisdom on how to become more mindful. Yes, there are lots of books and good teachers around. Would it not be wonderful to teach our children this from a young age? It is good to see that some of these are happening now. I really like working with parents and grandparents in the form of workshops here in the community. Reflexology is a great tool to learn about the body and getting to know how important our mindset is and control what thoughts we accept in our heads. Only the positive, not the negative.
I would love to share part 3 of the sunflower stories with you and please feel free to comment on them and or share your story. This is what helping each other is all about.
